breadIt is so chilly recently that some of the towns in Wisconsin have already got the first frost! It is only the first day of September!

I have got a bread maker machine for a long time but I always use it to make the dough for some pastry. Recently, I got a new recipe for a yeast bread so I decide to give it a try to make the gluten-free cinnamon raisin bread on using the bread maker. Since gluten is very important to make the bread to rise with the yeast. I was really curious how it would work for the gluten-free version. It turns out great! The bread is much denser than the usual white bread but equally delicious.

How interesting that you were able to make gluten free bread! There is nothing like the smell of fresh baking bread in the house. And then eating it when it's still warm... mmmmmmmm!

This one is actually pretty good. However, it is a little bit dry compared to the usual white bread. But a little bit butter on the bread surely can fix it!

I agree! The fresh warm bread fragrance makes the whole house smells great!
