Why is it that folks have such a difficult time preparing chicken? Ted and I were dining out one evening and I was served a chicken breast that was totally raw in the center! Don't they realize how sick that can make you? I hope nothing happens to you from the chicken.

Your Thai dinner sounds delicious! We have a Thai place here in town that is alright, but Thai House on Market Street in San Francisco is my favorite!
